• 摘要： 基礎教育階段的拔尖創新人才培養，需要面向全體學生，構建激發學生興趣和潛能的環境，有效識別、培養學生的創新潛質，為學生將來成為真正的拔尖創新人才打好堅實的基礎。教育集團可充分發揮其在統一管理、教育理念、學校運營、科研技術、評價和資產管理等方面的優勢，進一步創新機制，做大人才培養基礎，構建系統性的課程和評價體系，開展有效協同，彌補各分校區在師資力量、教學資源方面的不足，推動人才發現和培育質量的整體提升。
• The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in the basic education stage needs to be aimed at all students, build an environment that stimulates students’ interest and potential, effectively identify and cultivate students’ innovative potential, and lay a solid foundation for students to become truly top-notch innovative talents in the future. The education group can fully leverage its advantages in unified management, educational philosophy, school operation, scientific research technology, evaluation, and asset management, further innovate mechanisms, expand the foundation of talent cultivation, build a systematic curriculum and evaluation system, carry out effective collaboration, make up for the shortcomings of each branch campus in terms of faculty strength and teaching resources, and promote the overall improvement of talent discovery and cultivation quality.
