• 摘要： 新商科人才培養(yǎng)模式改革涉及教育體系的多個(gè)方面，包括學(xué)科交叉、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等。通過探析學(xué)科交叉與專業(yè)融合、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的重構(gòu)、課程內(nèi)容與教學(xué)方法的創(chuàng)新、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、持續(xù)的評(píng)估與改進(jìn)等主要方向和策略，為新商科人才培養(yǎng)模式改革提供思路，從而有利于高校培養(yǎng)具有國際視野、創(chuàng)新精神和社會(huì)責(zé)任感的商科人才，滿足數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的需求。
• The reform of the new business talent training model involves multiple aspects of the education system, including interdisciplinary studies, training objectives, curriculum content, teaching methods, and faculty development. By exploring the main directions and strategies of interdisciplinary and professional integration, restructuring of training objectives, innovation of course content and teaching methods, construction of teaching staff, continuous evaluation and improvement, etc., we provide ideas for the reform of the new business talent training model. This is beneficial for universities to cultivate business talents with international perspectives, innovative spirit, and social responsibility, meeting the needs of the digital economy era.
