• 摘要： 本案例報告了一名大學生因心理疾病休學治療后，復學返校時發現自己仍受社交回避困擾，情緒低落，遂尋求心理咨詢師幫助。經過8次心理咨詢，主要運用焦點解決短期療法，借助家-校-醫合作的工作機制，幫助該生緩解社交焦慮，重新適應復學生活。
• This case report details the experience of a university student who, after taking a leave of absence due to a mental health condition, returned to school only to find that they were still troubled by their avoidance of social interactions and feelings of depression, seeking the help of a psychological counselor. Over the course of eight counseling sessions, primarily utilizing Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and employing a collaborative home-school-medical professional mechanism, the student was assisted in alleviating social anxiety and readjusting to the return to academic life.
