  • 摘要: 本案例報告了一名初二女生因身體疾病休學治療,返校后無法跟進學習,導致成就感和自我效能感低下,最終陷入“學不好”進而“不想學”的“惡性循環圈”。輔導以緩解其厭學情緒、提升學習自我效能感為主要目標,在家校協同視角下,以沙盤療法挖掘來訪者厭學情緒產生的根源、緩解內部矛盾與沖突,結合焦點解決短期技術改善學習狀態、提高自我效能感。歷經八期咨詢,來訪者抑郁和焦慮水平均有明顯降低,經多方反映學習積極性有了顯著提升,基本達到預期效果。
  • This case reports on a second-year junior high school girl who took a leave of absence for treatment due to a physical illness and was unable to keep up with her studies after returning to school, resulting in a low sense of achievement and self-efficacy, and finally falling into a “vicious circle” of not wanting to study because she couldn’t study well. With the main goal of alleviating the student’ aversion to school and improving her self-efficacy, from the perspective of home-school collaboration, sand table therapy was used to explore the root causes of the student’ school boredom, alleviate internal conflicts and conflicts, and combined with short-term techniques to improve her learning status and self-efficacy. After eight sessions of counseling, the client’s depression and anxiety levels were significantly reduced, and her learning enthusiasm was significantly improved, basically achieving the expected results.
