• 摘要： 目的：為預防和干預成年人手機成癮的問題，本研究旨在探討成年人的孤獨感在錯失恐懼與手機成癮之間的中介作用。方法：采用錯失恐懼量表、孤獨感量表和手機成癮量表對四川省1371名成年人進行調查。結果表明：（1）成年人的錯失恐懼與自身的孤獨感及手機成癮兩兩之間均呈顯著正相關；（2）錯失恐懼可以直接正向預測成年人的手機成癮，還可以通過影響成年人的孤獨感進而間接地正向預測其手機成癮。結論：孤獨感在成年人錯失恐懼影響自身手機成癮的關系中起部分中介作用。
• Objective: To prevent and intervene in the issue of smartphone addiction among adults, this study aims to explore the mediating role of loneliness in the relationship between fear of missing out (FoMO) and smartphone addiction. Method: A survey was conducted involving 1,371 adults in Sichuan Province using the FoMO Scale, the Loneliness Scale, and the Smartphone Addiction Scale. Results: The findings indicate that: (1) There are significant positive correlations among adults’ FoMO, loneliness, and smartphone addiction; (2) FoMO can directly predict smartphone addiction positively in adults, and it can also indirectly predict smartphone addiction by influencing loneliness. Conclusion: Loneliness plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between adults' FoMO and their smartphone addiction.
