  • 摘要: 本文探討如何對患有阿斯伯格綜合征的青少年進行認知行為治療取向的個案概念化。一位初中男生經常與同學發生沖突,無法適應班級環境。其情緒不穩定時具有攻擊性行為,給自身和他人帶來安全隱患,后經轉介診斷為阿斯伯格綜合征。在心理老師的輔導下,通過沙盤游戲幫助他表達和宣泄情緒,提供情感支持;同時,運用認知行為療法( CBT)幫助他調整認知,管理情緒,學習基本的人際交往技能,經過一個學期的心理咨詢,其攻擊性行為大為改善,基本適應班集體。
  • This article explores how to conceptualize the case of cognitive behavioral therapy for Asperger's syndrome. A junior high school boy often conflicts with his classmates and cannot adapt to the class environment. He has aggressive behavior, when the emotion is unstable, which brings safety risks to himself and others. After being referred to the diagnosis, it is diagnosed as Asperger syndrome. Under the guidance of the psychology teacher, who helped him express and vent his emotions through sand table games, providing emotional support. At the same time, he uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help him adjust his cognition, manage his emotions, and learn basic interpersonal skills. After one semester, with psychological counseling, his aggressive behavior is greatly improved, and it basically adapts to the class.
