• 摘要： 特色小鎮建設是對經濟發展新常態的有益探索，是推進新型城鎮化建設的有效舉措。廣西有著獨特的山水資源稟賦與區位優勢，建設發展旅游型特色小鎮擁有廣闊的前景。基于波特鉆石理論，對廣西旅游型特色小鎮進行分析發現：廣西擁有豐富的旅游資源，對小鎮的需求旺盛，但是由于基礎設施相對較落后，高端專業人才缺乏，產業創新能力不足，缺乏政府引導，因此，廣西旅游型特色小鎮發展要對接產業需求，提升資源要素的協同整合，差異化發展小鎮，正確利用政府職能，并把握機遇打開國際市場，為廣西旅游型特色小鎮的可持續發展注入活力。
• The construction of characteristic towns is a useful exploration of the new normal of economic development and an effective measure to promote the construction of new urbanization. Guangxi has unique landscape resource endowment and location advantages, and development of tourism characteristic towns has broad prospects. Based on Porter's diamond theory, an analysis of Guangxi's tourism characteristic towns reveals that Guangxi has abundant tourism resources and strong demand for small towns. However, due to relatively backward infrastructure, lack of high-end professionals, insufficient industrial innovation capability and the government guides. Therefore, the development of Guangxi tourism characteristic towns should connect with the industrial demand, enhance the coordinated integration of resource elements and develop towns differently. Make correct use of government functions and seize the opportunity to open up the international market to inject vitality into the sustainable development of Guangxi tourist towns.
