• 摘要： 我國人工影響天氣事業經過幾十年的探索和實踐，其顯著的經濟和社 會效益為社會所公認。為把我國人影工作經驗規范化、普及化，急需制定人工 影響天氣行業標準，以推動我國人影事業的全面發展。

For our country the figure work experience standardization, became popular, need make weather modification industry standard, in order to promote the comprehensive development of career figure.
