• 摘要： 中華傳統美德是中華文化的精髓，蘊含著豐富的道德資源，是道德建設的不竭源泉，公民道德是一個國家、一個民族、一個社會文明程度和精神力量的重要體現與基礎標尺。本文旨在深入探討中華傳統美德與公民道德之間的內在聯系、傳承機制與創新發展路徑，通過對中華傳統美德的剖析，揭示傳統美德對新時代公民道德建設的價值與作用并提出推動新時代公民道德建設的策略與方法，以期為提升公民道德素質提供理論支撐與實踐指導。
• The traditional moral values of China are the essence of Chinese culture, containing rich moral resources and serving as an endless source of moral construction. The moral quality of citizens is an important indicator of the civilization level and spiritual strength of a country, a nation, and a society. This paper aims to deeply explore the intrinsic connection, inheritance mechanism, and innovative development path between the two, by analyzing the excellent traditional moral values of China, revealing the value and role of traditional morality in the construction of citizens’ morality in the new era, and then proposing strategies and methods to promote the construction of citizens’ morality in the new era, with the aim of providing theoretical support and practical guidance for enhancing the moral quality of citizens.
