• 摘要： 隨著信息技術的不斷發展，網絡已成為現代社會中不可或缺的工具，然而其普及也帶來了不少心理健康問題，尤其是網絡成癮和孤獨感。本文從心理學角度探討網絡成癮與孤獨感之間的雙向關系。通過分析近年來的相關研究，本文闡述了網絡成癮對孤獨感的加劇作用，以及孤獨感如何成為網絡成癮的誘因。最終，結合最新的心理學理論，本文提出了兩者關系的心理機制，并對未來的研究方向和干預策略提出建議。
• With the continuous development of information technology, the internet has become an indispensable tool in modern society. However, its widespread use has also brought about numerous psychological health issues, particularly internet addiction and feelings of loneliness. This article explores the bidirectional relationship between internet addiction and loneliness from a psychological perspective. By analyzing recent research, the article highlights how internet addiction exacerbates feelings of loneliness and how loneliness can serve as a trigger for internet addiction. Finally, drawing on the latest psychological theories, the article presents the psychological mechanisms underlying the relationship between the two and offers recommendations for future research directions and intervention strategies.
