  • 摘要: 校園欺凌已成為全球范圍內一個嚴重的問題,旁觀者在其中扮演著至關重要的角色。盡管許多旁觀者在面對欺凌事件時選擇袖手旁觀,但一些旁觀者選擇采取積極的保護行為。本文綜述了旁觀者保護行為的動機和影響因素,并基于現有研究提出了有效的干預建議。研究表明,旁觀者的保護行為受到同情心、社會責任感、群體規范等多重因素的影響。同時,受害者的反應、欺凌事件的嚴重性和旁觀者的個體特征也在其中起到了重要作用。本文進一步探討了如何通過培養同理心、強化社會責任感,以及建立支持性環境來促進旁觀者的保護行為。最后,本文對未來研究方向進行了展望。
  • School bullying has become a serious global issue, with bystanders playing a crucial role in these situations. While many bystanders choose to remain passive when witnessing bullying, some decide to take proactive protective actions. This paper reviews the motivations and influencing factors behind bystander protective behavior and proposes effective intervention recommendations based on existing research. Studies show that bystander protective behavior is influenced by multiple factors, including empathy, social responsibility, and group norms. At the same time, the victim’s reactions, the severity of the bullying incident, and the individual characteristics of bystanders also play important roles. This paper further explores how to promote bystander protective behavior by cultivating empathy, reinforcing social responsibility, and creating a supportive environment. Finally, the paper outlines future research directions.
