  • 摘要: 松材線蟲病是林業(yè)領(lǐng)域中的一種極具破壞性的線蟲病害,其快速傳播和廣泛分布對林業(yè)生態(tài)構(gòu)成嚴重威脅。鑒于磷酸乙醇胺甲基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(PEAM酶)在松材線蟲生長與發(fā)育中的關(guān)鍵作用,本研究利用計算機輔助藥物設(shè)計技術(shù),以PEAMT酶為靶點,篩選出潛在的PEAMT酶抑制劑藥物小分子,通過T.E.S.T.軟件預測藥物小分子的毒性,明確其靶向性,開發(fā)出環(huán)境友好型抑制松材線蟲PEAMT抑制劑。
  • Objective: Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disease is a very destructive nematode disease in the forestry field, and its rapid spread and wide distribution pose a serious threat to forestry ecology. In view of the key role of phosphoethanolamine methyltransferase (PEAMASE) in the growth and development of pine wood nematodes, this study used computer-aided drug design technology to screen out potential small molecules of PEAMT enzyme inhibitors using PEAMT enzyme as the target, predicted the toxicity of small drug molecules through T.E.S.T. software, clarified its targeting, and developed an environmentally friendly inhibitor of PEAMT inhibitors to inhibit pine wood nematodes.
