• 摘要： 進入新世紀以來，伴隨著巨大能源消耗，中國宏觀經濟開始進入了新一輪的高增長周期。同時，中國能源發展也獲得了顯著的成就。但隨著能源的大量消耗，資源和環境壓力日漸增大。積極利用國內國外兩個市場，兩種資源，充分發揮我國的碳排放交易市場廣大的優勢，來真正實現我國能源的可持續發展。
• Since entering the new century, with huge energy consumption, China’s macro economy has entered a new round of high growth cycle. At the same time, China has made remarkable achievements in energy development. But with the massive consumption of energy, the pressure of resources and environment is increasing day by day. Actively use both domestic and foreign markets, two kinds of resources, give full play to the vast advantage of China’s carbon emission trading market, to truly achieve the sustainable development of China’s energy.
