• 摘要： 在過(guò)去的很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間里，農(nóng)村的飲水安全雖然引起了政府和相關(guān) 部門的高度重視，但是往往也是將其視為工程技術(shù)層面的問(wèn)題，實(shí)則不然， 農(nóng)村的飲水問(wèn)題更是法律層面上的問(wèn)題。基于這樣的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景，文章以“環(huán) 境與資源保護(hù)法視野下的農(nóng)村飲水安全”為主要研究對(duì)象，展開(kāi)深入、細(xì)致 的探討與分析，希望能夠就如何真正做好農(nóng)村的飲水安全工作提出切實(shí)可行 的建議與對(duì)策。
• For a long time in the past, although the government and relevant departments have attached great importance to the safety of drinking water in rural areas, it is often regarded as an engineering and technical problem. In fact, it is not. The drinking water problem in rural areas is a legal problem. Based on such a realistic background, this paper takes "rural drinking water safety under the vision of environmental and resource protection law" as the main research object, carries out in-depth and detailed discussion and analysis, hoping to put forward practical suggestions and Countermeasures on how to do a good job in rural drinking water safety
