• 摘要： 內蒙古在中國北方生態屏障體系中居重要地位。本文從北方生態安全屏障的重要性出發，根據內蒙古生態安全屏障建設過程中需要解決的問題，從六個方面提出了資源與環境約束下將構建北方重要生態安全保護的具體措施。
• Inner Mongolia plays an important role in the ecological barrier system in northern China. Based on the importance of the ecological security barrier in the north and the problems to be solved in the process of the construction of the ecological security barrier in Inner Mongolia, this paper puts forward the specific measures to construct the important ecological security protection in the North under the constraints of resources and environment from six aspects.
